You are welcome to come pick up your purchase at an arranged time. There is obviously no charge for pick ups. Items are delivered within 7 days of completion for the following rates:
Kings County — $30 flat rate
Queens County — $20 flat rate
Prince County – $40 flat rate
CANADA WIDE SHIPPING
We ship home decor items via Canada Post or UPS. For furniture items, shipping ranges from $30 to $300 depending on the weight, size and destination. Please contact us with your postal code and item of interest for a shipping quote.
SHIPPING RATES FOR ARTWORK
0 - 1 lb = free
1.01 - 3 lbs = $10.00
3.01 - 10 lbs = $20.00
+10 = will provide quote
We take a 50% deposit based on the quote given to you, if over $200. Once your piece is finished and you are happy with everything, we will settle up the final balance upon pick up, delivery, or prior to shipping.
Since every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns are unusual. If you purchased a piece directly from Birdmouse and you discover it is not a fit for your space after all, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss a return/exchange. If a return/exchange is arranged, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We insure all shipments - please contact us in the case of damage during shipment.
